100 Pics Sports Stars Answers Level 20

First of all I must say I LOVE 100 pics. That being said, I seem to be having problems with the game lately. It shuts off every time I click on my E game which I purchased with points. The other day I bought TV shows with my points but I never got the game. At this very minute I am trying to purchase Plants but it wont download. I would appreciate any help.
